Age Requirement

You must be 19 or older to purchase cannabis. By proceeding, you confirm you meet this requirement under New Brunswick law.

Payment

All orders are paid by Interac eTransfer. Orders are fulfilled only after payment is confirmed by staff.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it is marked Active by contacting us directly.

Jurisdiction

The TPot Shop operates on Woodstock First Nation. These terms are governed by applicable New Brunswick and federal Canadian law.
